Leadership Survey
What you did during Operation Metro Surge mattered.
The public record of this work is incomplete. We are working to fill those gaps, and we want to do it collaboratively as part of a shared effort to understand what unfolded, why it mattered, and what it can teach us.
Thousands of ISAIAH and Faith in MN leaders took on risks they did not know they were capable of. Some of that work was visible in the moment, but much of it was not—either because our systems couldn’t track it, because it wasn’t safe to track, or because you organized it on your own.
This is a space to document what you did, reflect on what it meant, and help us see the full arc of this movement.

Responses are stored encrypted. Actions with legal exposure (sheltering, civil disobedience) are routed to anonymous-only intake by default, regardless of identity preference.
